Front gardens can often be a bit of a nightmare to stay on top of. Unlike your back garden, you may not spend much time on the front so can easily miss little bits of weeding that need doing and before you know it, it stacks up into a huge job. If you have children, you may struggle to find the time to get out on the front and do what needs doing. If this is the case then you should try and make your front garden as low maintenance as possible.
If you have a lot of flower beads you may decide to remove a few and put down grass seed. Grassing an area will make it easier to maintain as you can simply mow it in a few minutes. If you still want to have some flowers and plants then potted plants may be more suitable. These can be bought inside when they need to be replanted or replaced.
If your front garden is in a shady area that does not get a lot of sunlight then you should ensure that you buy grass seed that is specifically designed for this. You will need to water grass seed a lot, especially in the first few weeks whilst it is growing.
